Complex Property & Business Owners
Clear, commercially minded advice when your property settlement involves a business, trusts, investments or significant superannuation.
HOW WE CAN HELP
When there is more at stake, clarity matters
Separating is hard enough. When your finances include a business, a family trust, investment properties, shares or large superannuation balances, the decisions you make now have long-term consequences for you and your family.
Family law looks at property broadly. It can include things owned in your name, in both names, or through a family trust or business, and you may still have rights to property even if your name is not on the ownership papers. (Source: Victoria Legal Aid)
