JustFund provides financial support for property-related family law matters. This includes cases where you are seeking a financial settlement following separation or divorce.
Please note: If your matter relates only to parenting (with no property component), you may not be eligible for funding through JustFund.
How Does Legal Funding Work?
Legal funding through JustFund is not a personal loan. You don’t need to make repayments along the way. Instead:
- The funds are paid directly to cover your legal costs.
- You only repay once your matter is finalised — typically from the proceeds of your property settlement or refinance.
- There are no upfront costs and the process is simple.

JustFund can cover a range of expenses related to your legal matter, including:
- Your legal fees at Fair Path Legal
- Barrister or counsel fees
- Court filing and mediation costs
- Valuation and expert reports
- Other reasonable disbursements directly linked to your property matter
